After beginning her career in consulting and advising leaders from Fortune 500 companies in London, Carole transitioned to the dynamic and innovative high-tech industry. She worked for major multinational companies like Amazon and PayPal, holding various roles in account management and business development for B2B customers. In recent years, Carole has focused on Luxembourg-based startups, aligning her career with her personal interest in sustainability.

Carole earned a Master’s degree in Applied Foreign Languages (English and German) with a focus on International Business from the University of Nancy in France. During her studies, she gained substantial international work experience and spent a year abroad on an Erasmus exchange at the University of Limerick in Ireland.
