Before the existence of Docler Holding, streaming was truly in its infantile years. The technology has come a long way since it first appeared in the mid 90s. If you were able to fully enjoy a streaming video during the technology’s infancy, you were credited as one of the elite few. Limited advances in hardware meant that CPUs were simply not powerful enough to render video. We lacked data buses wide enough to transmit the data to monitors and network bandwidths that were stable enough to provide a reliable, smooth stream.

The world's very first livestreaming event was a baseball game between the New York Yankees and the Seattle Mariners in 1995. This proved that there is a place in the world for streaming technology. However, it would be some time before it could truly be used effectively.
