Could you please, in a few words, describe for us your company’s activity?

Claudia Neumeister. – “Luxdates is the premier introduction service for sophisticated local and international singles in Luxembourg and beyond. Founded in 2017, we offer a discrete, secure, and personal service, which is the antidote to online dating: We meet all our clients in person for an in-depth intake interview. During the first meeting, we focus on the client’s biography, their relationship history, their values, and their vision for the future.

All our clients are successful professionals in their fields and 97% have an academic education. They are keen on keeping their privacy and not waste their precious time with online dating. Our client base is a good representation of Luxembourg’s demographic: To a large part we represent expatriates and frontaliers, as well as native Luxembourgers.

There are no online profiles, the process is intentionally completely analogue, to guarantee the privacy of our clients at the highest possible level, and offer them a tailor-made experience. We even offer personal face-to-face introductions for a first date – this has been very well received as it takes away the awkwardness of a first date. We are also partnering with top agencies in Europe, which extends our pool of possible matches significantly.

My own background in Psychology, 20+ years in Human Resources for multinationals, gave me a good understanding of the human soul and mind, as well as the dynamics of human relationships. A certified personality assessor, I work continuously on my further education with the World’s top relationship and communications institutes: my clients benefit from this as I can coach them throughout their match-finding process.

You have just joined the Paperjam Club. What convinced you to do so?

“For me, the Paperjam Club represents the crème de la crème of Luxembourg’s vibrant business community. I enjoy the diversity of the people I can interact with – from CEOs of multinationals to owners of start-up companies. The community offers a wealth of opportunities to exchange ideas, and to learn. The Paperjam Club is an accumulation of truly inspiring people!

What in particular are you looking to get from the Club? And what does your organisation have to offer to other Club members?

“As a business owner, it is important for me to interact with other business leaders: to hear their stories, to learn from them. At the same time, I am proud to say that Luxdates has been a success and I am glad to share my insights with young entrepreneurs just starting out in business. I also run workshops and training on personal development, conflict management, relationships, and communication: I am looking forward to connecting with the community through the learning channel as well as being their personal matchmaker.”
