Could you please, in a few words, describe for us your company’s activity?

Madalina Mezaros. – “We are a small company in the south of Luxembourg with over 20 years of experience. We are managing more than 100 residences, we are selling and renting houses and apartments, and we have recently launched two new projects for rent management and relocations.

In all our activities, we act as intermediaries so that everyone has the best available solution – a win-win when it comes to all problems, be it a water leak or someone who needs to rent something as soon as possible.

You have just joined the Paperjam Club. What convinced you to do so?

“I appreciate a lot the concept of Paperjam and the scope behind it. When I started working for Parc-Immo, one of my targets was to have the company enrolled as a member.

At Parc-Immo, we want to exchange ideas, to inspire, and to be inspired. We would love to talk about our projects to a diverse audience and to get their feedback. We are looking to make new connections, possibly new partners, but also to empower our people to develop and to network.

What in particular are you looking to get from the Club? And what does your organisation have to offer to other Club members?

“We are living in what probably is the most diverse environment – Luxembourg –, a melting pot of cultures, nationalities, languages… We are working towards a more positive attitude and ‘stereotype’ when it comes to real estate agencies, and we are proving that we are different.

Our philosophy is to stay close to the people, listen to their thoughts and concerns, and find the key that fits the person. We base our work on quality, not quantity, and this is what we want to share with everyone. As this is the right place for it, in return we expect to meet brilliant minds with great ideas.”
