The Paperjam + Delano Club welcomes Digital Brains as a new member. Introduction in three questions.

Can you, in a few words, summarise the activity of your company?

Walter De Groof. – “Fast pace growing technological evolution requires constant change. Regardless of the pandemic, we believe that companies are constantly challenged within three major domains: human capital and the need to become more resilient, maximise shareholders’ value to thrive in the new normal, and optimise customer relationship for sustaining growth. We assess, take a pragmatic approach, rejuvenate the business and are hands-on!

You have just joined the Paperjam + Delano Club. What were the reasons that prompted you to do so?

“We have a strong belief in the activities the Club organises. Through this medium, it is much more effective to enter into the Luxembourg network. Our aim is to become more visible for companies that have challenges in their journey to grow. The days that companies claim to offer a complete solution are over: networking and partnering with other complementary companies will become the new normal.

What are you looking for? And what do you think you can offer to the members you will meet there?

“The Luxembourg market consists of many mid-sized companies and a community of start-ups. We want to better understand their challenges and assist them into their journey to grow. People, processes and performance covers our three domains as an integral part that can be adapted to the needs of the customers. Participating and co-organise events will translate into opportunities within the Luxembourg community. Our aim is to contribute to local and international growth.”
