, Country Head Luxembourg comments:

“We want to celebrate all we have achieved whilst eagerly looking towards the future. Although the past has been successful, challenges like a pandemic impacted office usage. Luxembourg is one of the biggest financial centres in the EU and home to EU institutions. The Grand Duchy is an important and sought-after office market in Central Europe, with numerous publications regularly naming Luxembourg City as one of the highest in Europe for commercial property demand.

So, the future looks bright and we are excited about the next years. Looking back, we have consistently achieved all key milestones and project completions on time and budget which is a benchmark we are proud of and determined to maintain. In addition, owing to our team’s unwavering commitment to its clients, we have consistently achieved outstanding scores in customer satisfaction surveys which demonstrates our focus on developing and maintaining long-term relationships."
