A significant milestone has been reached by as the H2O building prepares to welcome its latest tenant, covering an area of 6,300 sqm. This achievement underscores Inowai’s commitment to shaping the real estate landscape in Luxembourg, having leased over 8,000 sqm of office space in the Howald district.
The H2O building underwent an eco-friendly renovation, incorporating 47 electric vehicle charging stations and upgraded amenities such as a concierge service, improved parking facilities, and well-lit entrances. Outdoor spaces now feature a coffee bar, lush greenery, and relaxation areas. This transformation achieved an "Excellent" Breeam certification, emphasizing sustainability and occupant well-being, thus creating an optimal work environment.
Arjen Harmens, Head of CRE Europe at Hudson Advisors, attests: “In a short period of time we were able to reposition and renovate the H2O building. Inowai did a very good job in attracting new tenants.”
The dynamic appeal of the Howald district did not go unnoticed by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, which chose H2O to house various public services.
François Sindic, Senior Consultant Office Agency at Inowai, notes that Howald is becoming an increasingly sought-after district due to its new masterplan. What was once primarily a commercial and industrial area is now considered an extension of Cloche d’Or, offering competitive rents, amenities, new residential projects, and the same municipal business tax rates as Luxembourg City.
