On 20 June 2012, NautaDutilh won no less than four awards at the Women in Business Law Awards in London. NautaDutilh was voted ‘Best Firm for Women in Business Law in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands’. The firm also won 'Best National Firm for Talent Management: The Netherlands'.

Euromoney Legal Media Group granted the awards owing to NautaDutilh’s performance on diversity, focusing specifically on the recruitment, promotion and retention of female talent.

NautaDutilh has been pursuing an active diversity policy since 2007. Various activities and tools have been devised to retain female talent longer, such as training courses, workshops and networking meetings. The figures for the last three years have shown a rise in the number of women promoted to top posts.

Winning four awards is a fine and unique achievement in the Benelux. It is an acknowledgement of our efforts and the awards provide a stimulus for continuing to work further on the issue, which also includes cultural diversity.

The award for 'Best National Firm for Talent Management: The Netherlands' was granted because NautaDutilh now offers an extensive range of training courses and tools to support and stimulate talent development for men and women alike.
