PwC Luxembourg is strengthening its Real Estate team by admitting a new Advisory Partner, Pierre Wauthier, in its Corporate Finance team.

PwC Luxembourg is proud to announce the admission of Pierre Wauthier as a new Partner. He brings over 20 years’ experience on the Luxembourg Real Estate and deal market.

At the very heart of PwC is the commitment to offer excellent services to its clients. In Corporate Finance, PwC helps organisations to create value through mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and capital raisings, working with clients to develop the right strategy before the deal, identify issues and points of negotiation during the deal and make sure the implementation will create value after the deal. This is only possible through the team of experts, who have helped to make PwC Luxembourg unrivalled in the Grand Duchy. And while having the right resources and skills to do this is critical, having a wealth of experience and a broad network adds further value to our clients.

Before joining PwC as a partner, Pierre was successively Environmental Engineer, Director of an engineering company (PROgena SA), Managing Director (PwC Sc) and Real Estate Lead Advisor (Arendt & Medernach SA).

Over his career, Pierre has acted as advisor to decision-makers and senior executives in Real Estate organisations of every size. He is well versed in several areas of the real estate industry, with a focus on technical topics and transaction management.

Pierre is a trusted Real Estate Advisor with strong market coverage and extensive integration in the Luxembourg Real Estate network. He reinforces the already strong Alternatives team at PwC, with his local market clients, deep local network, knowledge and insight. Of note is that he was previously part of engineering firms as well as financial and legal consulting firms at managerial level, resulting in a unique combination of background and skills.

Pierre holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and is specialised in Real Estate. He is a Belgian citizen and speaks English and French. In terms of professional associations, he is a member of the AMCHAM Real Estate Committee, and he is a BREEAM International Assessor.
