Frantz Wallenborn of Wallenborn Transports S.A. has been nominated for, and selected as one of only 4 finalists for European CEO's Entrepreneur of the Year, Western Europe, Transport & Logistics Award.

The European CEO Awards bring together companies pushing the envelope in business, and the executives that make this progress possible. Leading players across a range of sectors will be celebrated in the European CEO Awards 2017, and the winners will be announced in the Winter 2017 issue.

Upon receiving the news, Wallenborn’s President & CEO Frantz Wallenborn said: “I’m thrilled and honoured to be selected for this award. Over the past few years the business has developed significantly, and this year external market changes have proved particularly challenging. As such, it means that much more that our hard work here at Wallenborn is being recognised.”

This year has been Wallenborn’s busiest in history, not only from an operational point of view, but from a recognition one as well. Earlier this year Wallenborn was crowned National Public Champion in the European Business Awards. A few months later Wallenborn proudly and successfully joined the group of “Made in Luxembourg” certified companies, and more award announcements are on the horizon.
