Biographie

Audrey Jarreton, partner, is a member of the Banking & Finance Practice Group in our Luxembourg office. She focuses on cross-border financing and re-financing, acquisition finance, real estate finance and transportation finance. Audrey advises multinational groups, including listed companies, as well as major private equity firms and banks on cross-border acquisition financing/re-financing, real estate finance and transportation finance. Audrey is a member of various industry expert groups of the Luxembourg financial sector and is part of the executive committee of the International Association for Young Lawyers (AIJA). She was also the national representative at the AIJA.
