Benoît Lespagnol est Managing Director de All In One Technologies (AIO), où il a rejoint la Direction Générale en janvier 2021. Fort de plus de 25 ans d’expérience dans le génie climatique, il avait auparavant dirigé et développé Ferroknepper-Buderus au Luxembourg pendant 11 ans. À la tête d’AIO, il accompagne le développement d’une entreprise spécialisée dans les techniques spéciales du bâtiment, la régulation, le monitoring énergétique et l’efficacité énergétique. Son approche associe développement commercial, management d’équipes internationales et recherche d’une performance durable. Il est également membre du groupe consultatif du cluster CleanTech de Luxinnovation.

Benoît Lespagnol is Managing Director of All In One Technologies (AIO), having joined the company’s General Management in January 2021. With more than 25 years of experience in HVAC engineering, he previously led and developed Ferroknepper-Buderus in Luxembourg for 11 years. At AIO, he contributes to the development of a company specialised in building technical systems, automation, energy monitoring and energy efficiency. His approach combines business development, international team management and a strong focus on sustainable performance. He is also a member of the advisory group of Luxinnovation’s CleanTech cluster.
