Claire Guilbert is an investment management and investment funds lawyer based in Luxembourg. She co-heads the firm’s global funds and asset management practice and leads the firm’s internal global asset management regulation workstream.
Claire advises local and international asset managers in the structuring, formation, offering and organization of regulated and unregulated investment funds, with a particular focus on private equity, debt, real estate as well as other alternative investment strategies. 
She addresses all regulatory questions related to alternative investment funds, their managers and service providers, having particularly strong knowledge of the EU and Luxembourg product laws and regulations.
Claire also regularly provides investor-side assistance, in particular in relation to fund investments and secondary transactions.
