Biographie

Peter Moons is a partner in the tax practice of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg since 2004, with a focus on cross-border corporate tax advice for multinationals and funds, in particular private equity funds. Before joining the Luxembourg office, he practiced in the Rotterdam and Frankfurt offices of Loyens & Loeff, specialising in real estate funds and cross-border tax structuring. Peter heads the Luxembourg transfer pricing team and is also active in the German and Eastern European desks. Peter is a member of the Luxembourg Bar, the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and of the tax committee of the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. Peter is the author of Tax management Portfolio, Business Operations in Luxembourg, published by BNA. He regularly writes and speaks on tax developments in Luxembourg.
