Bibi Wintersdorf is the founder and CEO of Lux Taste & Style, a distinguished independent lifestyle publishing house renowned for its production of high-quality books and magazines, including KACHEN and REESEN, Luxembourg's first and only food & lifestyle and travel magazines. Beyond her role in publishing, Bibi is the founder of Just B Communication, serving as a Communication Trainer and Certified Executive Coach. Her career also spans roles as an experienced journalist, multilingual presenter, TV producer, private broadcast pioneer, and the author of several award-winning books. Bibi has also held a position as a lecturer at the European University for Economics and Management.

Her commitment to community service is demonstrated through her historic role as the first female Governor for the Fifty-One International Service Club in Luxembourg and as a board member of the FFCEL. She is a founding member of the board of directors of NOVA Lënster, a commercial association in Junglinster. Since 2023, Bibi has further extended her public service as an elected official of the commune of Bech, serving on the municipal college and representing the Democratic Party of Luxembourg.
