Eric Busch is a serial entrepreneur and a recognized leader in the Luxembourg tech sector. With over 20 years of experience, and prior to founding NeoSapiens, he successfully founded and led several companies, including Lancelot, iKe, ITnation, and nexten.io. His expertise spans building multidisciplinary teams, raising funds from venture capitalists, and creating influential networks in the Innovation and Tech industries.

As the founder and CEO of nexten.io, a tech startup launched in 2018, Eric drove the company’s growth over five years before its merger with an English group. He successfully recruited teams across Tech, Marketing, Product, and Sales while securing VC funding to support the company’s expansion.

He is also the creator of ITnation, Luxembourg's largest IT and Tech community, bringing together more than 15,000 members. This endeavor allowed him to build a unique network in the sector. Eric is part of PaperJam’s prestigious Tech100 ranking, highlighting the 100 most influential figures in Luxembourg.
