Matthieu De Donder is a Partner in the Corporate & M&A practice group at MOLITOR. Admitted as Avocat to the Brussels Bar and registered as a foreign lawyer on List IV of the Luxembourg Bar, he offers extensive experience advising clients on both local and cross-border corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures, corporate governance and restructuring. He has a strong track record representing US and European private capital firms, such as leading private equity and real-estate sponsors, family offices and institutional investors. Matthieu’s knowledge covers the full investment cycle, from the structuring and management of Luxembourg investment platforms to advising on acquisitions, disposals, fundraising, joint ventures and management incentive plans. Matthieu spent a decade at Magic Circle firms in Luxembourg, and trained with leading Belgian and Benelux law firms.
