Biographie

Luis Munoz specialises in international and corporate tax law. He has substantial experience in advising institutional and HNWI clients on the tax aspects of cross-border investments and on the setting up of Luxembourg investment platforms. He also has solid knowledge of the tax aspects of corporate restructurings, private equity investments, the structuring of international acquisitions.
After graduating in Law from Universidad de Salamanca, Luis obtained LLM degrees in both International Business Law and European Union Law from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris 2) and Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg respectively. Luis is admitted to the bar in Luxembourg and Salamanca.
Luis joined DLA Piper in 2021, prior to which, he gained significant experience in two major law firms in Luxembourg and one of the Big 4.
