Nicolas Bouveret is a Partner in the Investment Management and Private Equity & Real Estate practices of Arendt & Medernach.

He advises global asset managers and institutional clients on the structuring, formation and marketing of Luxembourg investment funds, in particular private funds set up as alternative investment funds (AIFs) under AIFMD (partnerships, RAIFs and SIFs) as well as alternative UCITS.

In 2013-2014, Nicolas was seconded to the New York office of Arendt where he assisted US and global asset managers in their European fundraising initiatives by setting up Luxembourg investment funds.
