of services from legal advice to senior management or legal departments to our involvement in all types of disputes from the pre-litigation strategy to the obtaining of final and conclusive judgment, both for companies and individuals. We have a wealth of experience in M&A transactions and can assist you from the drafting of the letter of intent or any other contractual documentation to the due diligence review.

We help distressed companies to face crisis situations. We assist our clients helping them choose adequate reorganization or insolvency proceedings and protecting them against any potential liability as managers or shareholders.

Litigation:
Our law firm has extensive experience in both pre-contentious and contentious situations in the civil, commercial, administrative and employment spheres.

We always advise our clients in their choice of legal or extralegal possibilities presenting the greatest chance of success and, when litigation cannot be avoided, we represent and defend our clients before the courts of Luxembourg as well as before the European courts and/or authorities.
