Stefan Weis leads Cube's Transport & Environment investment and asset management team and is a member of both Cube’s Management and Investment Committees. He actively serves on the boards of Cube's portfolio companies in public transport, alongside his involvement with Cube portfolio companies firstcolo (Germany) and RiverRidge (UK).

With over 20 years of experience in infrastructure, direct investment, and investment banking, Stefan brings extensive expertise to Cube. Prior to joining Cube in 2017, he worked in advisory roles at InfraEnergy, UBS Investment Bank, ING BHF-Bank, and JPMorgan Chase in Frankfurt. During his tenure at UBS, which spanned 10 years, Stefan specialized in advising transport and energy infrastructure stakeholders, including governments, on M&A transactions and capital raisings.
