Javier Llamas is the Chief Commercial Officer at Hatcher+, a global leader in AI-driven fund management technology. He leads the commercial strategy and international expansion of Hatcher+ FAAST® (Funds as a Service Technology) platform, empowering investors and institutions with rapid fund structuring, real-time portfolio administration, AI analytics, and global deal origination. With over two decades of experience in financial services and fintech, Javier spent 18 years at Monex Europe, progressing from Business Development Manager to Head of FinTech and Head of Luxembourg. There, he spearheaded digital innovation and cross-border growth, supporting $300 billion in annual FX transactions. He also held leadership roles at Lloyds Insurance Brokers and chaired The City Forum, a historic London insurance organization.
