Delphine Munro’s career has been driven by a passionate interest in cultural placemaking. She has held executive leadership roles in arts management, with cultural institutions, on executive boards and for public and private banks. In her position as Head of Arts & Culture at the EIB Institute, she has built a portfolio of cultural strategies and programming to ensure that cultural place-making is socially and economically inclusive, as well as environmentally sustainable. Most notably, she initiated a residency/mentoring programme to boost emerging artists, launching one of Europe’s first climate-themed art residencies, and curated international exhibitions. Before, she rebranded and reconceptualised marketing at EIF, developed the advertising strategy at HSBC, and worked on art commissioning and high profile cultural regeneration projects.
