Rajaa is a financial entrepreneur with 30 years of experience across private markets globally. She worked as a General Partner in different funds focused on European mid markets. She has deep expertise in sourcing, due diligence and monitoring investments, both directly in companies and via funds.

In 2021, she founded Calista Direct Investors, an independent buyside advisory and co-investment platform dedicated to sourcing and selecting investments for private investors, which was successfully sold and integrated into Capnor, a long-time partner of the firm, at the end of 2025.

Rajaa was awarded “Inspirational Woman In Finance” and led the Private Equity Association in Luxembourg. There, she launched the PE4W platform to promote Women in Private Equity and the LPEA Insights conference series, which became a fixture of the industry.

Rajaa is a regular guest speaker at family office and private equity conferences internationally.

Privately she supports young artists and musicians and participates in local initiatives.

Rajaa is based in Brussels, after living in Luxembourg (2016-2024), London (2001-2015), Paris and Frankfurt among other cities in Europe. Rajaa was born and raised in Morocco. She speaks 6 languages and is a graduate of HEC Paris (Grande Ecole) and INSEAD (MBA).
