Gosia Kramer is founder of coworking spaces The Office, vegan food restaurants Lokaal, The Office Plants service provider and a boutique sport concept The Gym. 
She worked for over 10 years in the banking industry to change her career path, following her passion for human friendly workplaces. She was one of the very first ones to create coworking concept in Luxembourg in 2016. Ever since she has grown The Office from a single location to 6000sq meters in the city. Over the past years her mission for promoting wellbeing and sustainability in the workplaces has developed further. In her design she focuses on elements such as re-usability of materials, reduction of office waste, inspiring fit out, circularity of furniture and above all: multiplication of plants as a true catalyst for employees’ wellbeing.
