Raphaël is a Partner at Stonehage Fleming, serving as Global Head of Corporate Services and CEO for Continental Europe. With over 25 years of experience in Luxembourg’s financial sector, he leads the firm’s global corporate and fund services platform and drives strategic growth initiatives across Continental Europe. He brings deep leadership experience in the structuring and management of alternative investments, with a strong focus on private equity and real estate.
Prior to joining Stonehage Fleming in 2024, Raphaël was leading the Private Equity practice as a Partner at one of global PE services firm. His career also includes senior leadership roles across regulated alternative investment platforms and over a decade at a top‑tier Luxembourg bank, where he worked in M&A and managed a $10bn multi‑asset portfolio spanning credit derivatives and real estate‑linked fixed income strategies.
