Adriana is a seasoned legal counsel and governance advisor with 14 years of experience. Her expertise extends to advising senior management and boards of directors on a wide array of corporate governance matters, optimizing governance structures and ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory landscapes.
Adriana's background uniquely encompasses valuable experience in family-owned business, fintech and start-ups. Adriana is a co-founder and board adviser at Hentopharma S.L., a family owned business within the dermo-cosmetic sector. Furthermore, Adriana possesses direct experience with the fast-paced and innovative world of start-ups, including the fintech sector. In 2019, Adriana co-founded La Automobiliaria S.L. (Wannauto), a digital platform for car sales that incorporated financing intermediation and agency services. Notably, this venture developed a secure payment system app.
Adriana has worked as a lawyer, governance adviser and company secretary in the financial sector and in working for top tier groups. Adriana currently heads the corporate governance and fund legal department of J. Safra Sarasin Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.A.
