Actif depuis près de 30 ans dans le secteur financier, Olivier Havaux a rejoint Delen Private Bank Luxembourg en 2005, où il occupe actuellement la fonction de directeur. Il a participé activement à l’intégration stratégique de BIA & Associés à Luxembourg, coordonnant la task force dédiée au projet. Il a également accompagné la transition de direction de la filiale suisse du groupe en 2015-2016, tout en y exerçant depuis 2016 un mandat d’administrateur (secrétaire du Conseil).
Avant cela, il a été associé gérant et administrateur délégué de la société de bourse Havaux S.A. à Bruxelles, entreprise familiale reprise en 2000 par la Banque Delen. Il y a développé une expertise transversale en gestion, réglementation, relations clients et organisation.
Titulaire d’une licence en sciences commerciales (orientation finance) de l’ICHEC à Bruxelles, il a ensuite suivi un programme de master postuniversitaire en management interculturel (MIME) incluant une mission aux États-Unis. Trilingue (français, néerlandais, anglais), il dispose également d'une solide connaissance des réglementations bancaires (AML, MIFID, fiscalité).

With nearly 30 years of experience in the financial sector, Olivier Havaux is Managing Director of Delen Private Bank Luxembourg. He played a key role in the integration of BIA & Associés in 2005, leading the dedicated task force and contributing to the operational and strategic development of the Luxembourg entity. In 2015–2016, he coordinated the repositioning of Delen Suisse, supporting its management transition, and has served since then as Secretary of the Board of its Swiss subsidiary.
Previously, he was Managing Partner and Director of Havaux S.A., a family-owned brokerage firm acquired by Delen Bank in 2000. His responsibilities spanned client relations, portfolio management, regulatory compliance, and cross-departmental oversight.
Olivier holds a Master's degree in Commercial Sciences with a finance specialization from ICHEC Brussels. He also completed a postgraduate program in Intercultural Management (MIME), including a business mission in the United States. He is fluent in French, Dutch, and English, and regularly attends trainings in AML, MIFID, estate planning, and international taxation.
