Alex Schumann est Président de la FEDIL depuis avril 2026. Il est également Manufacturing Director du site luxembourgeois de Goodyear Operations S.A., où il est responsable des activités de production. Il a rejoint le Conseil d’administration de la FEDIL en 2022 et en a été nommé Vice-président en avril 2024, avant d’en prendre la présidence deux ans plus tard. Dans le cadre de son mandat, il place notamment l’investissement industriel, les ressources humaines, la productivité et le positionnement international du Luxembourg parmi ses priorités. Son parcours associe ainsi expérience industrielle et engagement dans la représentation des entreprises luxembourgeoises.

Alex Schumann has been President of FEDIL since April 2026. He is also Manufacturing Director of Goodyear Operations S.A.’s Luxembourg site, where he is responsible for manufacturing activities. He joined FEDIL’s Board of Directors in 2022 and became Vice-President in April 2024, before taking over as President two years later. During his term, he is focusing in particular on industrial investment, human resources, productivity and Luxembourg’s international positioning. His career combines industrial experience with a strong commitment to representing Luxembourg businesses.
