Constanze Jacobs conducted her private practice carrier in Luxembourg and New York advising international investment managers on the set-up and structuring of investment fund vehicles. Venturing inhouse roles in Germany, she advised on the set-up of private debt platforms and private equity investments. Currently, the heads the department “Transactions, Structuring and Asset Advisory” at the legal department of Commerz Real being in charge of the real asset acquisitions and sales for the flagship property fund “hausInvest” with EUR 17 billion under management as well as institutional products of Commerz Real. In 2020 she and her team structured klimaVest, the largest ELTIF to date.
