Codrina Constantinescu joined Eversheds Sutherland in October 2025. With more than 16 years’ experience, she advises fund sponsors on the structuring, fundraising and operation of alternative investment funds, co-investment vehicles and separately managed accounts. Her practice includes private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, real estate and private debt. Codrina also advises institutional investors and has regulatory experience relating to the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive, the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive and the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation. She is admitted to practice in Luxembourg, Paris and Bucharest.
