Actif depuis plus d’une décennie dans l’écosystème économique luxembourgeois, Christian MICHEL est le fondateur et CEO de TeamIA AI, société spécialisée dans l’intelligence artificielle souveraine et sur mesure. Il accompagne entreprises, PME et institutions publiques dans la conception de solutions “Sovereign & Custom AI” destinées à améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle, automatiser les processus et soutenir la transformation digitale.

Diplômé de HEC Paris (Executive MBA), formé à la transformation digitale à l’université de Berkeley (USA) et en intelligence artificielle au MIT (USA), il met à profit plus de vingt-cinq ans d’expérience de direction, acquise au Luxembourg et à l’international, pour rapprocher l’IA des enjeux métiers. Sous son impulsion, TeamIA AI s’impose comme un acteur reconnu au Luxembourg et dans la Grande Région, avec des projets à fort impact mêlant souveraineté des données, intégration métier et mise en production rapide. 

Intervenant régulier dans les médias économiques, notamment sur BFM Business et Paperjam, référencé Fit 4 AI  et Data/AI pour la Région Grand Est, il contribue à promouvoir une approche pragmatique, accessible et responsable de l’intelligence artificielle au service du tissu économique luxembourgeois.
