Priscilla Hardison is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of leadership in the global investment management industry. Currently based in Luxembourg, Priscilla serves as Chief Executive Officer of Generali Investments Luxembourg S.A., a leading UCITS and AIFM management company.  Priscilla’s career spans senior roles across the United States and Europe, including most recently, Managing Director and Conducting Officer at Global Evolution Manco, and board positions with Global Evolution Funds. 

She has deep expertise in fund administration, portfolio management, cross-border distribution, and the full fund life cycle, with hands-on experience in regulated structures such as SICAV, UCITS, SIF, AIFMD, American mutual funds, and offshore funds and is recognized for her strategic vision, operational excellence, and commitment.

Her earlier career includes leadership roles at prominent firms in Copenhagen and New York. Priscilla holds an MBA in Finance from Pace University, a Certificate of International Studies from the London School of Economics and is a permanent resident of Luxembourg.
