Ajit Singh is responsible for managing key account clients from the USA, Channel Islands/UK and Central Asian jurisdictions.  He also works closely with other IQ-EQ offices overseeing cross boarder client relationships, cross selling opportunities as well as specific Global Client Relationship initiatives.

Ajit Singh has more than 19 years of multi-jurisdictional experience, including legal and structured finance. Starting his career as a London City lawyer with major law firms. He then moved into Private Equity and Structured Finance acting as Counsel and transaction manager for various structures in the Real Estate, Infrastructure, Energy and Operational Leasing business sectors.  In 2009 he moved to Luxembourg as General Counsel and advisory to the board of directors for an asset management firm.
