Ludovic Gilles est titulaire d’un MBA de l’Université de Reading (Angleterre). Il débute sa carrière auprès de l’agence de presse bruxelloise Europe Information Service, dont il coordonne l’informatique. Il intègre ensuite IBM où il exerce à Bruxelles, Paris et Luxembourg. Il occupera ainsi des fonctions commerciales puis dirigeantes dans le marketing et la vente. Il entre ensuite chez le géant de l’IT Microsoft pour aider à développer les services Cloud dans le secteur financier. En 2016 il intègre le groupe POST Luxembourg en qualité de Directeur Commercial de la filiale EBRC, et dirige ensuite la force commerciale grands comptes de Post Telecom, leader du marché Luxembourgeois en Telecom et ICT. Il est aujourd’hui Chief Executive Officer d’Elgon, autre filiale du groupe, spécialisée dans l’expertise Microsoft.

He then joined IT giant Microsoft to help develop Cloud services in the financial sector. In 2016, he joined the POST Luxembourg group as Sales Director of the subsidiary EBRC, and went on to manage the key account sales force at Post Telecom, the Luxembourg market leader in Telecom and ICT. He is now Chief Executive Officer of Elgon, another subsidiary of the group, specialising in Microsoft expertise.
