Richard Hawel a connu une carrière dynamique depuis son arrivée au Luxembourg en 1993. 

Après 13 années passées dans le secteur bancaire international qui l'ont amené au Luxembourg, il a créé et développé avec succès plusieurs activités commerciales à Luxembourg. 
En 1995, il a fondé une société spécialisée dans le conseil en recrutement de cadres à l’intention des professionnels financiers :  banques privées, sociétés de gestion, agents immobiliers et  prestigieux  cabinets d'avocats , 

En 2002, il a donné une nouvelle orientation à sa carrière en créant une société spécialisée dans l'immobilier. Celle-ci est dédiée aux conseil et accompagnement de projets immobiliers privés et commerciaux de premier ordre.

Parallèlement, il a été invité à rejoindre les conseils d'administration des sociétés et fonds d’investissement en tant qu'administrateur, activité qu'il exerce désormais à plein temps, à titre exclusif.

Richard Hawel has enjoyed a dynamic career since arriving in Luxembourg in 1993. 

After 13 years in the international banking sector, which brought him to Luxembourg, he set up and successfully developed several commercial activities in Luxembourg. 
In 1995, he founded a company specialising in executive recruitment consultancy for financial professionals: private banks, management companies, estate agents and prestigious law firms, 

In 2002, he gave a new direction to his career by creating a company specialising in real estate. The company is dedicated to advising and assisting top-tier private and commercial real estate projects.

At the same time, he was invited to join the boards of companies and investment funds as a director, an activity he now pursues on a full-time, exclusive basis.

Richard Hawel hat seit seiner Ankunft in Luxemburg im Jahr 1993 eine dynamische Karriere durchlaufen. 

Nach 13 Jahren im internationalen Bankensektor, die ihn nach Luxemburg führten, gründete und entwickelte er erfolgreich mehrere Geschäftsaktivitäten in Luxemburg. 
1995 gründete er ein Unternehmen, das sich auf die Beratung bei der Einstellung von Führungskräften für Finanzfachleute spezialisiert hat: Privatbanken, Verwaltungsgesellschaften, Immobilienmakler und angesehene Anwaltskanzleien , 

Im Jahr 2002 gab er seiner Karriere eine neue Richtung und gründete eine auf Immobilien spezialisierte Firma. Diese widmet sich der Beratung und Begleitung von erstklassigen privaten und gewerblichen Immobilienprojekten.

Gleichzeitig wurde er eingeladen, als Verwaltungsratsmitglied in die Vorstände von Investmentgesellschaften und -fonds einzutreten, eine Tätigkeit, die er mittlerweile hauptberuflich und exklusiv ausübt.
