Thibaut Partsch is a partner at the Investment Management practice of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg. He structures private equity real estate and infrastructures funds and also assists family offices. He advises on fund structuring. Thibaut is a member of the board of directors of the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LPEA). He has participated in the writing of The Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (Kluwer Ed.) and The Luxembourg Partnerships (Larcier). He is recommended by Chambers Global and Who's Who Legal. Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg, he practiced as an attorney in Brussels and New York.
