Michel Molitor is Avocat à la Cour and a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1985. He is the Managing Partner of the firm. Educated at the Universities of Strasbourg and Vienna, he began his career at an Austrian bank and has acted as an advisor to local and international clients in all aspects of their daily business activities. Michel has extensive experience in banking and finance advising domestic and foreign banks, insurance companies and other professionals of the financial sector on the whole spectrum of regulatory compliance issues. He is a renowned litigator and employment lawyer and an active member of many associations and is consistently recommended in the main Legal Directories.
