Chan Park is a Partner and Head of MOLITOR’s Corporate & M&A practice group. He has extensive experience in corporate and M&A matters, as well as corporate finance transactions. His main areas of activity include mergers and acquisitions involving commercial, industrial and regulated entities in Luxembourg, the establishment of Luxembourg operations for foreign groups, cross-border corporate reorganisations and the implementation of complex multi-jurisdictional corporate structures.

He regularly assists medium and large group companies from the United States, Europe and Asia in setting up their operating or holding entities in Luxembourg, and has strong experience coordinating multi-jurisdictional projects with foreign counsel and advisors. Chan is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the American Bar Association (ABA), and the International Association of Korean Lawyers, where he previously served on the Board of Directors.

Seine Haupttätigkeitsfelder sind Fusionen und Übernahmen mit Schwerpunkt auf kommerziellen, industriellen und regulierten Zielen in Luxemburg, die Unterstützung ausländischer Unternehmensgruppen bei der Gründung ihrer neuen Geschäftseinheit in Luxemburg, grenzüberschreitende Unternehmensumstrukturierungen mit Schwerpunkt in Luxemburg und die Umsetzung komplexer Unternehmensstrukturen, die mehrere Gerichtsbarkeiten umfassen. Chan vertritt regelmäßig große und mittelgroße Unternehmensgruppen in den USA, Europa und Asien,
bei der Gründung ihrer Betriebs- oder Holdingeinheiten in Luxemburg. Er verfügt auch über besondere Erfahrung bei der Koordinierung von Transaktionen, die mehrere Rechtsordnungen betreffen und an denen ausländische Anwälte und andere Berater beteiligt sind.

Chan regularly represents large and medium sized groups of companies in the US, Europe, Asia,
in setting up their operating or holding entities in Luxembourg. He also has particular expertise in the coordination of multi-jurisdiction transactions involving foreign counsels and other advisors.
Chan is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the American Bar Association (ABA) and the International Association of Korean Lawyers, where he served as member of its Board of Directors.
