Originally trained as a scientist (MSc in Hydrogeology), Sophie Lafleur has always explored what flows beneath the surface—today, human and cultural dynamics.

With 20 years of experience in international development, including a decade in Africa managing emergency responses and multicultural teams, she places people at the core of everything she does. Founding Mandeleo 15 years ago, she leverages this hands-on experience to help organizations turn diversity into a driver of collective performance.

As a facilitator and consultant, Sophie specialises in cross-cultural intelligence, organisational culture, and team dynamics. Her approach pairs operational pragmatism with proven frameworks (Hofstede 6D, the Neurocognitive and Behavioural Approach, systemic coaching, and ADKAR).
