Régis Muller is a Partner in MOLITOR’s Employment, Pension & Immigration practice group. He is a highly experienced employment lawyer with a longstanding track record of advising multinational groups and individuals in Luxembourg and abroad on both transactional and litigation matters. His expertise includes disputed redundancies, negotiated terminations, harassment investigations, employment aspects when establishing new businesses, due diligence, remuneration and termination packages, international mobility, immigration, pension rights and all labour and social security issues. He also advises on collective bargaining agreements, relationships with staff delegations, transfers of undertakings, job retention measures and social plans. Régis is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), and the Employment Law Specialists Association (ELSA).
