Biographie

Ms Wintersdorff is an independent director focused on private equity and listed companies. She graduated from INSEAD's IDP program in 2015. She is a qualified lawyer (NY, Paris, Luxembourg CCDL) who worked in private practice until 2003 in New York, Helsinki, London and Luxembourg, focusing on securities laws, M&A and corporate finance, followed by 12 years in-house for AOL/Time Warner, Millicom, ArcelorMittal and BIL. Ms Wintersdorff was part of the working group that developed the Luxembourg corporate governance code published in May 2013. She is an active member of ILA since 2011 and was a member of its board in 2011-2014. She was a director of Foyer S.A. in 2012-2013. Ms Wintersdorff graduated with masters degrees in law from the University of Paris-1 and New York University School of Law.
