Pascal Rapallino is a Partner at Côme Maison of Finance in Luxembourg and Chairman of the Luxembourg Association of Family Office. With over 20 years experience ranging from M&A, Family Office to Private Equity, he specialises in advising Ultra High Net Worth Individuals on cross-border tax, legal and regulatory matters in relation to private and business investments. He speaks at international conferences to share his expertise and he has published international publications on finance and tax matters.

Born in France and lawyer by education, Pascal arrived in Luxembourg in 2005 following his experience in Toronto, New York, and Paris. Prior to joining Verona, Pascal was IQ-EQ‘s Group Investment Structuring Leader and Tax Partner, and Head of PW/FO at Deloitte.

Pascal is passionate about classic car racing and is also a seasoned driver.
