Benjamin Rossignon’s practice focuses on collective asset management and investment funds and encompasses alternative investment funds as well as undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities. He assists a number of investment fund promoters and other financial institutions in relation to the set-up and structuring of their Luxembourg investment fund operations.
