Depuis janvier 2024, Christian occupe le poste de Country Head pour le Luxembourg. À ce titre, il est responsable de la supervision de toutes les activités du Groupe UBS menées au Luxembourg ainsi que de la collaboration entre les divisions et les fonctions du Groupe.
Christian a rejoint UBS il y a plus de vingt ans. Il a commencé sa carrière en Suisse et a occupé plusieurs postes dans le domaine de la gestion de fortune aux États-Unis et à Londres au fil des ans. Il a d'abord rejoint UBS au Luxembourg en tant que Head of Investment Products & Services Benelux en 2011, une fonction qu'il a ensuite reprise pour UBS Europe SE à Francfort. En 2021, il a été nommé responsable de l'Asset Servicing au Luxembourg. 
Christian est un ancien élève de l'Université des sciences appliquées de Bâle. Il est titulaire du diplôme fédéral de banquier et a suivi l'Executive Program du Swiss Finance Institute.

Since January 2024, Christian is acting as Country Head for Luxembourg. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing all UBS Group business conducted in Luxembourg as well as the location’s cross-business collaboration across Divisions and Group Functions.
Christian joined UBS over two decades ago. He started his career in Switzerland and held multiple Wealth Management positions in the US and London throughout the years. He initially joined UBS in Luxembourg as Head of Investment Products & Services Benelux in 2011, a role which he subsequently took over for UBS Europe SE in Frankfurt. In 2021, he was appointed Head of Asset Servicing in Luxembourg. 
Christian is an alumnus of the University of Applied Sciences in Basel. He holds the Swiss Federal Diploma for Bankers and completed the Executive Program at the Swiss Finance Institute.

Seit Januar 2024 fungiert Christian als Country Head für Luxemburg. In dieser Funktion ist er für alle Geschäfte des UBS-Konzerns in Luxemburg sowie für die geschäftsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Divisionen und Konzernfunktionen verantwortlich.
Christian kam vor über zwei Jahrzehnten zu UBS. Er begann seine Karriere in der Schweiz und hatte im Laufe der Jahre mehrere Positionen im Wealth Management in den USA und London inne. Im Jahr 2011 kam er zunächst als Head of Investment Products & Services Benelux zu UBS in Luxemburg, eine Rolle, die er später für UBS Europe SE in Frankfurt übernahm. Im Jahr 2021 wurde er zum Head of Asset Servicing in Luxemburg ernannt. 
Christian ist Absolvent der Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft in Basel. Er besitzt das eidgenössische Diplom für Bankkaufleute und absolvierte das Executive Program des Swiss Finance Institute.
