Biographie

Reyhan Güleç worked in high street law firms since 2008 in Istanbul and London before coming to Luxembourg in 2018.

She also worked as a researcher in gender equality for Oxford Lawyers Without Borders in 2014 during her studies at the University of Oxford-Linacre College.

She founded the LSE CSR & Ethical Business Society during her studies at the London School of economics and Political Science in 2015 and engaged activities in corporate social responsibility based on sustainability.

She has two publications on corporate governance matters regarding board composition rules and the quotas for women on boards, which are as follows:

-Corporate Governance in Turkey (2013), OVFA- Asset Management (Austrian Journal), p. 3-5.
-Finally Women are on Board! (re. new corporate governance rule), Radikal Newspaper, 10 March 2012.
