Isabelle Delas a rejoint LuxFLAG en tant que CEO en mai 2022. 

Elle était auparavant responsable de la succursale luxembourgeoise de Finance in Motion GmbH, un gestionnaire d'actifs d'impact de premier plan, ainsi que membre du conseil d'administration de FiM Asset Management Sàrl.
Isabelle a également travaillé à Rome (Italie) pour l'Organisation internationale de droit du développement (OIDD), l'organisation intergouvernementale (observateur de l'ONU) qui promeut l'état de droit pour faire progresser la paix et le développement durable dans le monde, où elle a conçu et développé des programmes d'assistance technique et de renforcement des capacités avec la recherche associée sur un large éventail de sujets, y compris les questions environnementales et sociales, la bonne gouvernance, le genre et les droits de l'homme, la microfinance, les marchés publics, dans un certain nombre de pays en développement et en situation post-conflit.

Avant de rejoindre l'OIDD, elle était professeur assistant à l'Université de Versailles-Saint-Quentin dans les Yvelines, en France, et professeur invité dans le Master « Gestion des projets d'aide au développement en Afrique » à l'Université de Paris XI, en France.

Elle est titulaire d'un diplôme de troisième cycle et d'une maîtrise en droit de l'université de Poitiers, en France. Elle est également membre bénévole de l'Association mondiale pour la protection du patrimoine culturel matériel et immatériel en temps de conflit armé (WATCH) et de la Commission mondiale du droit de l'environnement de l'UICN.

Isabelle est actuellement membre des Conseils d'administration de l'Inclusive Finance Network Luxembourg (InFiNe.lu) et de la Plateforme européenne de la microfinance (e-MFP) ainsi que membre du Comité stratégique de durabilité de l'ILA.

Isabelle Delas has joined LuxFLAG as CEO in May 2022. 

She was formerly the Head of Luxembourg Branch of Finance in Motion GmbH, a leading impact asset manager, as well as a Member of the Board of Managers of FiM Asset Management S. à r. l.
Isabelle also worked in Rome (Italy) for the International Development Law Organization (IDLO), the intergovernmental organization (UN Observer) promoting the rule of law to advance peace and sustainable development globally, where she designed and developed technical assistance and capacity building programs with associated research on a wide range of topics, including environmental and social issues, good governance, gender and human rights, microfinance, procurement, in a number of developing and post-conflict countries.

Prior to joining IDLO, she was Assistant Professor at the University of Versailles-Saint-Quentin in Yvelines, France and Visiting Professor in the Master’s degree on “Management of Development Aid Projects in Africa” at the University of Paris XI, France.

She holds degrees at Post-Graduate and Master levels in Law from the University of Poitiers, France. She is also a volunteer member of the World Association for the Protection of Tangible and Intangible Cultural Heritage in Times of Armed Conflict (WATCH) and of the IUCN World Commission on Environmental Law.

Isabelle is currently a Member of the Boards of Directors of the Inclusive Finance Network Luxembourg (InFiNe.lu) and of the European Microfinance Platform (e-MFP) as well as a member of the ILA Sustainability Strategy Committee.

Dort entwarf und entwickelte sie Programme zur technischen Unterstützung und zum Kapazitätsaufbau mit zugehöriger Forschung zu einer breiten Palette von Themen, darunter Umwelt- und Sozialfragen, gute Regierungsführung, Gender und Menschenrechte, Mikrofinanzierung und Beschaffungswesen in einer Reihe von Entwicklungs- und Postkonfliktländern.

Bevor sie zu IDLO kam, war sie Assistenzprofessorin an der Universität von Versailles-Saint-Quentin in Yvelines, Frankreich, und Gastprofessorin im Masterstudiengang „Management von Entwicklungshilfeprojekten in Afrika“ an der Universität Paris XI, Frankreich.

Sie hat einen Postgraduierten- und einen Master-Abschluss in Rechtswissenschaften der Universität Poitiers, Frankreich. Außerdem ist sie ehrenamtliches Mitglied der World Association for the Protection of Tangible and Immangible Cultural Heritage in Times of Armed Conflict (WATCH) und der IUCN World Commission on Environmental Law.
