Carole Houpert began her career in finance auditing. She has been in this profession for 18 years, offering her services to banks, to commercial and industrial businesses, as well as to non-profit organisations. At the same time, she developed her training skills by facilitating and designing programs on topics related to her profession. In 2013, she decided to leave auditing and joined PwC's Academy, where she continued to develop her knowledge in pedagogical design. She supports her clients in the approach and implementation of training programmes, for both technical and soft skills. Since 2019, Carole combines her experience as an external consultant and as an internal trainer. At Arendt, she is head of internal training and Arendt Institute, trainings dedicated to Arendt’s clients.
