Cathrine Foldberg Møller specialises in financial services regulation including banking and capital markets.
She advises buy-side and sell-side market players on licensing requirements and their continuing obligations in connection with their provision of financial services. This includes acting as a strategic advisor across all aspects of their businesses including the establishment and structuring of their businesses, ongoing regulatory reform and compliance with regulatory and prudential requirements. 
Cathrine is also involved in ESG matters and chairs the Sustainable Finance working group of the Luxembourg Capital Markets Association.
