Dr. Jan Boeing is a partner in the firm's Finance practice. He has substantial experience in a variety of international, multi-jurisdictional banking and finance transactions, including insolvency and restructuring, capital market matters (with a focus on structured finance, debt securities, securitisation, intermediated securities and derivatives) and regulatory matters (including fintech, digital assets, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrencies) relating to the financial services industry.

He advises initiators and alternative investment fund managers with respect to their private equity, venture capital, debt and real estate (office, hotel and leisure, logistics, healthcare and transportation) fund products and their related financings.

He has extensive experience working with foreign counsel and coordinating advice across multiple jurisdictions.
